 At St Wulstan's we use the following gospel quote to underpin our expectations for behaviour and conduct across the school. The 5 areas are the ones in which pupils win merits for:

Merits

All children in school work towards earning merits for their house teams of St Andrew, St Patrick, St George and St David. Staff give merits out for reasons directly linked to the 5 areas in STARS. Merits are awarded and recorded using an online platform. Merit winners are announced in Friday Celebration Assemblies, and House Captains add a trophy to the merit board in the hall. Each term, the team with the most winners win a treat for every pupil in the house. This might include a day on the inflatables; ice cream van visit and many other things.
