We come to school to love, learn and share in the light of Jesus

Regular Masses and Worship

At St Wulstan's we celebrate Holy Mass each week in church, led by Father Dominic. Children from either Key Stage One or Two participate on alternative weeks. Parents are more than welcome to attend and a coffee morning is held each week following the event. Each year group take it in turns to lead the Mass.

Music is led by Mrs Huckfield and Miss Smith and we are always working to learn new hymns which link to each liturgical season to celebrate as part of our mass. Choir regularly participate in providing music to support our masses and liturgies.

In addition, we also celebrate a variety of worship, including liturgy and assemblies, which tie in with the liturgical calendar or our diocesan virtues. Children lead on these, and parents are often invited.

We also hold celebration worship events such as Carol Concerts and Easter celebrations and parents are warmly invited to attend.

Here are some hymns you can practise at home:

Children of the Light

Come Let Us Go

Go Do Something Beautiful (We are a shining light)

Here I am to Worship

Father I have Sinned

Let There Be Love Shared Among Us
