How to apply

If you are interested in a place for your child at St Wulstan's Nursery or Reception Class, please complete the form below. This enables the school to pre plan staffing depending on numbers in Nursery and helps us to plan for Reception Class.

You need to apply for reception for September 2021:

• if your child's fifth birthday is between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022 for a place at first, infant or primary school

Admission to nursery is directly through the school, although any applications through the local authority will also be accepted. To register an interest and apply for a place, please complete the Application Form above and return to school. Paper copies are available from school. There are three intakes into Nursery, depending upon numbers. Children are accepted into Nursery the term after their third birthday. This will be either September, January or after Easter.  Children of working parents will be eligible for 30 hours funded places. Please contact the office for more details about 30 hours funding.

Admission to Reception Class is through the Staffs County Council website. For more details regarding admissions to Reception class, please visit the SCC page.

We also ask that you complete the Application Showing an Interest Basic Form  in addition to the online application so that we are able to invite you to stay and play and other events for potential parents to our school.
